She loved it and wants the next book

Bought this for my daughter (8) to go with her horse (on the cover). She loved it and wants the next book. Has some illustrations to help with keeping her interest as well.

Good beginning chapter book

My 6 year old daughter loves this book. She read it in one night, she just wouldn't put it down. It is a good transition from picture to chapter books because it is engageing and it has plenty of colorful pictures to look at. My daugher typically only reads books about dinosaurs, so it is great when I can find something different for her to read that she likes and doesn't require bribery to get her to read all of it. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't think that it is as well written as it could be. It doesn't always make sense to me. My daughter "gets" it though and she tells me that I am thinking way too much into it. I guess its not a book for "old" people.

My daughter's favorite book!

Of all the Wind Dancers books, this is her fave. She's read it a few times already, and she doesn't like to read all that much, so that's a big plus. We love all of them though.
